About a year ago, a friend and I were lucky enough to get a personal tour from Master Distiller Bruce Joseph through the brewery and the distillery section. Got to taste the 18th century, straight, and hotalings ryes, their gin and genever, plus all the beers, too. Bruce was very humble and a gracious host. Excellent tour if ever you have the chance.
